TARISAI MASENDA

Managing Partner

Tarisai, a fully qualified chartered accountant, is the founder and managing partner of TKRM. He is a Certified Auditor and Fellow member of the Botswana Institute of Chartered accountants with more than 10 years auditing experience in the Southern Africa region. He has lived and worked in Botswana in various industries for more than  5 years. He has vast experience in auditing all types of various industries such as manufacturing, engineering, banking, automotive, construction, information technology, agriculture among others.

Tarisai studied and obtained his professional qualification with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Zimbabwe (ICAZ) for which he is a full member and is also registered with the Public Accountant and Auditors Board (PAAB). He holds an Honours Bachelor of Accounting Science Degree (BCOMPT-Honours) from UNISA. Tarisai is driven by, and advocates for principles of ethics, integrity and professionalism.

  

GODFREY T. USADA

IT Audits

Godfrey is our consulting partner in IT audit engagements whose technical competence in information technology environments provides the firm with invaluable experience when performing information technology audits. Godfrey is the managing director of Sambiri Botswana, a company providing information technology solutions and a member of Sambiri Global Enterprise (SAGE Services) also operating in New York, Zimbabwe and South Africa. A Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), Godfrey has also obtained certifications in Project Management.

Having had 15 years’ work experience in information technology and more than 10 years in Botswana markets alone, Godfrey has proved that he has what it takes to take the firm far. He is a member of the institute of internal auditors of Botswana (IIAB), Gaborone Chapter, UNISA Alumni and Gaborone Golf Club. Driven by the need to constantly evolve in an ever changing environment, Godfrey has proved that he has what it takes to grow the TKRM brand.
 

KHOLISANI BHILA

Chartered Accountant

Kholisani is a qualified Chartered Certified Accountant and a member of the Botswana Institute of Chartered Accountants (BICA) with 8 year’s experience audit experience gained in Zimbabwe and Botswana. Kholisani professional audit and financial reporting experience was has been mainly within the manufacturing, financial services, non profit, automotive, construction, information technology sectors.

He has also gained experience in financial reporting for USAID,EED, EU and UNDP funded projects. Kholisani studied and obtained his professional qualification with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) for which he is a full member. He holds an Honours Bachelor of Accounting Science Degree and a Postgraduate diploma in Accounting Science from UNISA. in his spare time he loves watching cricket and playing chess.

  

ANDREW MANDUDZO

Accountant

Andrew is an astute seasoned professional, proficient in applying advanced accounting skills to his area of expertise -tax planning and preparation. Andrew has over 15 years of accounting and tax experience, having graduated from National University of Science and Technology (NUST - Zimbabwe) with a Bachelor of Commerce Honours Degree in Accounting. (B. Comm Accounting). He also holds a Management Development Program accolade from Zimbabwe Institute of Managers (Z.I.M) in conjunction with University of Zimbabwe Andrew is a member of the Botswana Institute of Chartered Accountants and is to sit for his final CIMA papers.

He has spent most of his time working with the internal control environment in the Mining Sector before joining TKRM in September 2014 in the audit and advisory division. During his tenure in the industry he has achieved several certificates and in-house training in accounting and taxation. He is solution orinenetd and strives to make the client exoperecince exceptional by quickly and efficiently addressing each person's individual needs. When not engaged professionally, he is a dedicated Father to three children and enjoys outdoor activities, and spending quality time with his wife and extended family

BENEFIT MANGENA

Accountant

Benefit, a highly motivated Articled Accountant, is the audit and advisory manager with over five (5) years experience in auditing and risk management in different industries including banking, manufacturing and information technology. Benefit is a member of Institute of Risk Management South Africa (IRMSA).

He holds Bachelor of Science (Honours) Degree from Chinhoyi University of Technology, Post Graduate Diploma in Applied Accounting Sciences from UNISA and Zimbabwe Certificate in Theory of Accounting. Driven by ethical behaviour and professionalism; committed to maintain the confidence of clients through an overriding commitment to integrity in all professional tasks.
